		<description>I think it&#039;s an ambitious project and worthwhile - I&#039;d imagine you could look at permissions at the root level of every locker to get an idea of who is responsible.   And I wonder, isn&#039;t it possible to setup some kind of generic server logging software to track hits universally for all OIT supported sites.  If you&#039;re talking about branding, might be good to prioritize with sites that attract the most eyeballs.
